Our Story
Tucked just off the main road in Floresville, P & M Restaurant has been the small town's go-to breakfast and Tex-Mex spot for years — even after a name change, the recipes and the welcome stayed exactly the same. Every tortilla is made fresh in-house, and regulars will tell you it's some of the best homemade you'll find anywhere, wrapped around eggs, brisket, or crispy carne guisada for a breakfast taco worth the drive.
Breakfast runs all day here, which matters in a town where the fast-food drive-thru is the only thing open at 6am — except P & M actually opens when it says it will. Expect perfectly cooked eggs, golden pancakes and French toast dusted with powdered sugar, and hearty plates like chicken fried steak with cream gravy, all served at prices that keep folks coming back.
